Yes, you will need to pay for your package prior to scheduling your sessions. I offer several payment plans including pay-as-you-go.

While coaching is not usually covered by insurance, it may be a reimbursable expense from your health savings account. And, many employers offer professional development funds which can be used to hire a coach.
